Bu çalışmada, dünyada payları borsada işlem gören konaklama hizmetleri, eğlence hizmetleri ve yiyecek içecek hizmetleri alt sektörlerinde ve alt sektörlerin dâhil edildiği turizm sektöründe faaliyet gösteren işletmeler örnekleminde maliyet yapışkanlığı davranışının pay getirisine etkisinin tespit edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Satışların maliyeti, satış ve genel yönetim giderleri ile toplam faaliyet giderleri maliyet yapışkanlığının ayrı ayrı incelendiği çalışma, 2008-2017 dönemi yıllık verilerini kapsamaktadır. Çalışmada analizler havuzlanmış en küçük kareler yöntemiyle gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmada, maliyet yapışkanlığının pay getirisine etkisinin maliyet unsuru ve sektöre bağlı olarak farklılık gösterdiği bunun yanı sıra turist sayılarındaki değişimin eğlence hizmetleri sektörü dışında pay getirisinde etkili olduğu saptanmıştır.
In this study, the aim is to identify the impact of cost adhesive behavior on the share return of the worldwide stock exchange accommodation services, entertainment services and food and beverage services in the sub-sector and the tourism sector where the sub-sector is included. The study, in which the cost of sales, sales and general management expenses and the total operating expenses and cost adhesiveness are studied separately, covers the annual data for the period 2008-2017. The analysis of the study was carried out using the small square method. The study found that the impact of cost liability on the share return varies depending on the cost element and the sector, as well as that the change in the number of tourists is effective in the share return outside the entertainment services sector.
In this study, it is aimed to determine the effect of cost stickiness behaviour on the return on stock in the sample of the companies operating in the world, which are traded in the stock exchange, accommodation services, leisure and recreation services and food and beverage services sub-sectors and tourism sectors including sub-sectors. The stickiness of cost of sales, sales and general administrative expenses and total operating expenses are examined separately, and study covers the yearly data of 2008-2017 periods. In the study, analyses were performed by pooled least squares method. It was found that the effect of cost stickiness on the share return varies depending on the cost element and the sector, as well as the change in the number of tourists affected the stock return except leisure and recreation services sub-sector.
