Abstract:

In the process of sustainable development, the livestock and animal production sector, in addition to having a great importance in the economic and social development of the countries, also contributes greatly to the countries in international competition. The milk livestock is of great importance for continuous income throughout the year, the transfer of raw materials to the milk and dairy products industry, the creation of market opportunities for the food, clothing, pharmaceutical and machinery industry, and, on the other hand, the external contribution to the sale of milk and dairy products, and, most importantly, the satisfaction of the food demand. This study has been aimed at determining the impact of animal supports in the milk livestock enterprises. The research material is made up of the 2016 data of 67 obtained through the survey in Izmir or Payed and Tire districts. The method of random sampling was used to identify selected farmers. According to the results of the research, the most benefited animal support that all of the undertakings are benefiting from animal supports is the support of maize/grow, the support of beef and the milk prime. It is found that the producers are uncertain about the amount of support they most benefit from. The impact of the applied support on has been found to be the most on medium-sized. The main problems identified in are the high costs (89 percent). 55), the high food prices and the difficulties in the food supply (86.7%) and the failure to make the milk price effective (49.25%) and the failure to sell milk at a reasonable price (47.76%). Finally, milk producers have stated that, despite the high costs in the current conditions, if they have adequate animal support, they will continue to produce. The price of milk must be lowered to develop the milk industry. It is necessary to give up the method of production of pets based on factory feed and to spread the method of production of pets based on raw feed.
