Airport operations are off great importance for air transportation industry. To decrease aircraft delay and congestion, using runway operation effectively is an important strategy for airport management. To tackle this problem, we present a multi-objective mathematical model to minimize two different objectives: arrival aircraft delays and departure aircraft delays in a single runway. The effect of wake-vortex changes the separation time between aircraft pair. Three different aircraft performance categories are used in the model. The result shows the pareto-optimal solutions and the relationship between arrival and departure delays.
