Türkiye'de Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı tarafından 2010 yılı Kasım ayından itibaren Fatih Projesi uygulamaları başlamıştır. Fatih Projesi ile beraber okullarda etkileşimli tahtalar kullanılmaya başlanmış ve eğitim bilişim ağı olarak isimlendirilen çevrimiçi bir eğitim platformu geliştirilerek projeye destek sağlanması ve uzaktan eğitimi desteklemesi hedeflenmiştir.Ancak Eba sisteminin kullanılma sıklığı ve hangi durumlarda kullanıldığı ile ilgili temel bir bilgi yoktur.Eğitim Bilişim Ağı (EBA) ile ilgili literatür taramaları incelendiğinde; EBA ve EBA ile ilgili öğretmen görüşlerinin incelendiği çalışma sayısı oldukça azdır. Bu nedenle bu çalışmanın amacı; ülkemizde uzaktan eğitim sisteminin yeterlik ve sınırlılıklarının öğretmen ve öğrenci ve açısından değerlendirilmesi olarak belirlenmiştir.Çalışma grubunu çeşitli okullarda seçilen 90 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. 90 öğretmene 18 soruluk tutum ölçeği uygulaması yapılmıştır. Ölçek sonuçları grafik haline getirilerek öğretmenlerin EBA sistemi ile ilgili tutumları irdelenmiş, geliştirilebilir tarafları konusunda önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
In Turkey, the National Education Ministry has started implementing the Fatih Project since November 2010. With the Fatih Project, interactive tables have begun to be used in schools and a online training platform called the educational information network has been developed to support the project and support remote learning.But there is no basic information about the frequency of use of the EBA system and in which cases it is used.When literary scans related to the Education Information Network (EBA) are studied, the number of works in which the teachers’ opinions related to the EBA and EBA are studied is quite small. The aim of this study is, therefore, to assess the competence and limitations of the remote education system in our country and the teacher and student’s perspective. The work group consists of 90 teachers selected in various schools. 90 teachers received 18 questions of attitude. The scale outcomes are graphic and the teachers’ attitudes towards the EBA system are recommended on the developable sides.
