Abstract:

In the Denizli metropolitan districts, the levels of psychological stability of teachers working in official schools in the 2022-2023 educational year have been studied. The work is done in a quantial and visual search model. The data was collected from 297 teachers through the easy-to-access sample method. The levels of psychological strength of teachers are high in some matters, while in some matters are medium. The general average of their psychological strength is medium. Teachers generally need to be careful that their psychological stability is at a medium level. However, the levels of psychological strength of teachers are not different from their personal characteristics by gender, age, degree of work, while they are different from their civic state and career conditions, and they are high to the benefit of married people, while they are high to the benefit of professional teachers according to their career conditions.
