Araştırmada üniversite öğrencilerinin algılanan gelecekteki istihdam edilebilirlik, psikolojik iyi oluş ve yaşam doyumu arasındaki ilişkiler incelenmektedir. Araştırmada ilişkisel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırma grubunda ön lisans ve lisans düzeyinde öğrenim gören 277 üniversite öğrencisi yer almıştır. Araştırmada toplanan veriler Algılanan Gelecekteki İstihdam Edilebilirlik Ölçeği, Psikolojik İyi Oluş Ölçeği ve Yaşam Doyumu Ölçeği aracılığıyla elde edilmiştir. Veriler üzerinde Pearson Momentler Çarpımı Korelasyon analizi ve basit doğrusal regresyon analizleri yürütülmüştür. Sonuçlara göre algılanan gelecekteki istihdam edilebilirlik ile psikolojik iyi oluş ve yaşam doyumu arasında pozitif yönde anlamlı ilişkiler olduğu ortaya koyulmuştur. Ayrıca algılanan gelecekteki istihdam edilebilirlik psikolojik iyi oluş ve yaşam doyumunun anlamlı birer yordayıcısı olmuştur.
The study examines the relationships between the future employability, psychological well-being and life satisfaction perceived by university students. Relational scan model was used in the research. The research group included 277 university students who studied at the pre-graduate and bachelor level. The data collected in the research was obtained through the detected future employment scale, the psychological well-being scale and the life-long scale. The data on Pearson Moments Collapse Correlation analysis and simple linear regression analysis were carried out. The findings have shown that there are positive relationships between future employment and psychological well-being and life satisfaction. Also perceived future employability has been a meaningful contributor to psychological well-being and life satisfaction.
