Araştırmada, iş yerindeki stres kaynaklarının, çalışma yaşamı kalitesinin, yaşam stillerinin ve cinsiyetin okul psikolojik danışmanlarının iyi oluşlarını anlamlı bir biçimde yordayıp yordamadığı incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu, toplam 550 kişiden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmada gerekli verileri elde etmek için, “PERMA İyi Oluş Ölçeği”, “Stres Kaynakları Ölçeği”, “Yaşam Stilleri Envanteri’’, ‟Çalışanlar İçin Yaşam Kalitesi Ölçeği’’ve “Kişisel Bilgi Formu” kullanılmıştır.Verilerin analizinde Doğrusal Regresyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda, iş yerinde stres kaynaklarının; çalışma yaşamı kalitesinden mesleki doyum, mesleki tükenmişlik, eş duyum yorgunluğunun, yaşam stillerinden mükemmeliyetçilik, memnuniyet ve beklenti odaklı stillerin psikolojik danışmanların iyi oluş düzeylerinin anlamlı bir yordayıcısı olduğu bulunmuştur. Ancak, araştırmanın sonucunda yaşam stillerinden kontrolcü ve beklenti odaklı stillerin ve cinsiyetin psikolojik danışmanların iyi oluş düzeylerinin anlamlı bir yordayıcısı olmadığı bulunmuştur.
The study found that stress sources at work, quality of work life, lifestyle, and gender are not able to make a meaningful impact on the well-being of school psychological counselors. The research group consists of a total of 550 people. To obtain the necessary data in the study, "PERMA Good Being Scale", "Stress Resources Scale", "Lifestyle Reserve", "Life Quality Scale for Workers" and "Personal Information Form" were used. The study found that stress sources at work; from the quality of work life to the professional satisfaction, the professional exhaust, the homogeneous fatigue, the lifestyle to the perfectionism, the satisfaction and expectation-focused styles are a meaningful contributor to the well-being levels of psychological consultants. However, the research has found that controlling and expect-oriented lifestyle and gender psychological consultants are not a meaningful contributor to their well-being levels.
This study analyzes whether the sources of stress at workplace, professional quality of life, life styles and gender significantly predict the well-being of school counselors. The study group consists of 550 school counselors. "PERMA Well-being Scale", "Sources of Stress Scale", "Life Styles Inventory (LSI)", "Professional Quality of Life" and a "Personal Information Form" were employed to obtain the required study data. The result of the study revealed that having sources of stress at workplace, as part of the professional quality of life, job satisfaction, occupational burnout, compassion fatigue; and as part of the lifestyles, perfectionism, satisfaciton, self-esteem was found to be a significant predictor of the well-being levels of school counselors. On the other hand, the result of the study revealed that as a part of the life styles, controlling and expectation styles and the gender is not a significant predictor of the well-being levels of school counselors.
