Korunmaya muhtaç durumdaki çocukların her alanda sağlıklı gelişimi için en iyi bakımın öz aile yanında yapılan bakım olduğu pek çok çalışma ile ortaya konmaktadır. Ancak çocukların ailelerinin yanında sağlıklı gelişiminin mümkün olmadığı durumlar yaşanabilmektedir. Çocuğun öz ailesi yanında kalmasının sorun oluşturacağı durumlarda korunmaya muhtaç çocuklar için devlet farklı bakım hizmetleri sunmaktadır. Koruyucu aile hizmeti, çeşitli sebeplerle öz ailesi yanında bakılamayan ve evlat edindirme hizmetinden yararlanamayan korunmaya muhtaç çocukların bakım ve korunmasının, devlet denetimi altında, uzun veya kısa süreliğine, ebeveyn rolü üstlenen kişi veya aileler tarafından yerine getirildiği bir hizmet türüdür. Bu çalışmanın amacı, koruyucu aile hizmetinden yararlanan koruyucu ailelerin yaşadıkları sorunları tespit etmektir. Bu kapsamda Denizli ilinde yaşayan 35 koruyucu aile ile mülakat gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda koruyucu aile hizmetinden yararlanan ailelerin, bürokratik, toplumsal, sosyal yardım ve sosyal hizmete yönelik sorunlar yaşadıkları bulgusuna ulaşılmıştır.
Children in need of protection in all areas of healthy development is demonstrated by many studies in which care is carried out alongside their own family. However, there are situations where the children cannot develop healthy alongside their families. The state provides different care services for children in need of protection in cases where the child remains with his own family is a problem. Protecting family service is a type of service in which the care and protection of children in need of protection, who cannot be carried out with their own family for a variety of reasons and who cannot benefit from the childbirth service, under state supervision, for a long or short period, is performed by the person or families who take the role of parents. The aim of this study is to identify the problems of the protective families who benefit from the protective family service. In this context, 35 family members living in the Maritime Province have been interviewed. The study found that families benefiting from protective family services had problems with bureaucratic, social, social and social services.
Many studies have demonstrated that the best care for healthy development of the child in need of protection in every field is the care taken by his own family. With the service organized by the Foster Family Regulation, it is aimed to ensure that the child's problematic period is spent with the least harm and normal life. The purpose of this study is to identify the problems experienced by foster families benefiting from foster family service and to provide suggestions. In this context, qualitative research method, which makes it possible to obtain in-depth information, was preferred and interviews were conducted with 35 foster families living in Denizli. The data obtained from the interviews were evaluated by content analysis. As a result of the research, it was found that families benefiting from foster family service experience bureaucratic, social, social assistance and social service problems.
