So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

Osmanlı İmparatorluğu 1699, Karlofça Antlaşmasıyla geniş topraklar kaybetmesine rağmen, XVIII. yüzyıla girerken hala devrinin en büyük imparatorluklarından biriydi. Lakin yükselen yeni bölgeler ve özellikle Avrupalı devletlerin hızla güçlenmesi Osmanlı devleti için zor ve uzun geçecek yüzyılların habercisi idi. Osmanlılar gibi bir fetih imparatorluğu olan Rus Çarlığı’nın yükselişi ise iki devlet arasında tahterevalli kuralını işletmiş; Rusya’nın yükselişi Osmanlı’nın düşüşünü doğurmuştur
