Purpose: Respiratory disorders occurring during sleep can reach severe dimensions and lead to increased morbidity and mortality in these patients. Detection of these disorders is very important in terms of both prognosis and the application of effective treatment. In this study, we aimed at studying the frequency of OUAS of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome in chronic obstructive lungs patients, polysomnography. Method: The study included 42 patients with chronic obstructive lung disease diagnosed with KOAH, 21 women, 21 men. Patients' smoking anamnesis, blood gas analysis KGA results, hematokrit values and anthropometric properties were recorded. Epworth Sleep Scale was used to objectively evaluate the day-to-day over-sleep. All of the patients were diagnosed with polyethylene. Results: OUAS was found at 61.9% in KOAH patients. 30.7 percent of OUAS incidents were light, 42.30 percent middle, and 26.9 percent heavy OUAS. There were no statistical differences between the demographic characteristics of the OUAS and non-OUAS groups, in terms of the respiratory function test SFT, KGA and hematocrit values. In 69% of cases, swelling, 61.9% overtime during the day and 59.5% symptomatic apnea were detected. The incidence of OUAS was significantly increased, compared to those who were not separate from those with choking, symptomatic apnea and day-to-day sleeping complaints. p
