Abstract:

The aim of this study is to study the place of Moving Graphic Design in the visual arts training and the relationship with the visual literature training. This research, which is used by the quality research method, is based on the scan of literature. The current literature has been studied; the teaching methods involved in the art education have been seen to be renewed every day, parallel to cultural and technological developments. The digital tools that come to us in this context enable us to design everything we can think while bringing us together with the concept of digital media and the concept of digital visual literature. Studies on moving images, primarily in the art education programs, are highlighted in the digital fields of education. Therefore, the teaching of mobile graphic design offers importance. The research has found that Moving Graphic Design training can be effective in the training of art educators-graphic designers and in the guidance of society with visual culture training; that it has all the disciplines that require visual literature skills in visual arts training; that it provides motivation through visual communication and creative thinking, learning in education and art training.
