Abstract:

There have been a number of natural or artificial disasters from the past to the present. Among these disasters, epidemic diseases also have an important place. The latest and most effective epidemic disease in the world history is the epidemic disease caused by a virus called COVID-19 that seriously affects humanity, which occurred in the city of Wuhan, Hubei, China in December 2019. This epidemic has soon turned into a pandemic and has reached a level of threat to all humanity. The negative impact of the pandemic process has begun to be felt in the educational sector as in all sectors. In this way, the schools have been closed and faced for a long time to stop education. With the shutdown of schools, millions of students have been shut down. A number of recommendations for continuing education have been brought to the digital education urgently. For the first time, this training system is thought to bring some problems with it. The aim of the study in this direction is to study the problems encountered in the first reading and writing teaching in the digital education process according to the class teachers’ opinions. The research has been carried out with phenomenological patterns. The study group consists of 56 volunteer teachers who have studied first class at least twice, both face-to-face and through digital education. The data collected through the interview technique is analyzed by content analysis. According to the research, teachers have experienced various difficulties in the digital education process, such as "the influence of the wave, class participation, sub-structure problem, letter shape disorders, turning and correction, mixing similar sounds, failure to create hece, dictating problems, time shortage, imma and writing deficiencies, problem of understanding, class discipline, sub-structure problem and socioeconomic situation".
