So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Çocukların cinsel istismarı klasik İslâm hukuku kaynaklarında müstakil bir başlık altında incelenmemiştir. Konu daha çok zina, livâta (homoseksüellik) ve sihâk (lezbiyenlik) suçlarında taraflardan birinin çocuk olmasının mükellef tarafa verilecek cezanın niteliğini nasıl etkilediği etrafında incelenmiştir. Bu bağlamda kadınların erkek çocuklarla cinsel ilişkileri, erkeklerin kız çocuklarla cinsel ilişkileri ile kız ve erkek çocukların cinsel ilişkileri zina başlığı altında ele alınmıştır. Homoseksüellik livâta başlığı altında ele alınırken lezbiyenlik ise sihâk başlığı altında ele alınmıştır.
