PERDE VE ÇERÇEVELİ BETONARME YAPILARDA PERDE KONUMUNUN PLANDA DÜZENLENMESİ VE YAPISAL DAVRANIŞA ETKİSİ

Abstract:

Betonarme yapılarda, deprem yükleri altında katlar arasındaki yer değiştirmelerin sınırlandırılması ve yeterli dayanımın sağlanması amacıyla kolon ve kiriş elemanlarda meydana gelen moment aktaran çerçevelere ilave olarak perde kullanımına da ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Özellikle çok katlı binalarda perdeler yapı sisteminin yatay rijitliğini artırarak göreli kat öteleme değerlerini azaltır. Bu sebeple özellikle deprem riski altındaki bölgelerde inşa edilen betonarme yapılar, perde ve çerçeveli taşıyıcı sistem olarak tasarlanmaktadır. Perdelerin binanın kat planındaki yerleşimi ve boyutları binanın yatay yükler altındaki davranışını belirler; dolayısı ile perdenin konumunun belirlenmesi taşıyıcı sistem tasarımında en temel aşamayı oluşturmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, betonarme perde ve çerçeveli yapılarda farklı yön ve farklı boyutlarda perdeler konumlandırılmış ve yapının deprem davranışı yer değiştirmeler, göreli kat ötelemeleri ve kat kesme kuvvetleri açısından incelenmiştir. Ayrıca, çerçeve sistem, perdeli sistem ve perde-çerçeveli sistemlerde taşıyıcı elemanların ön boyutlandırılmasının yapısal davranış üzerindeki etkileri tartışılmıştır.

Abstract:

In the concrete structures, the use of the curtain is also required in addition to the moment transmitting frame that occurs in the colon and curtain elements in order to limit the shifts between the floors under earthquake loads and ensure sufficient resistance. Especially in multi-storey buildings, the curtains increase the horizontal refinance of the building system and reduce the relative layer refinance values. Therefore, concrete structures built especially in areas under earthquake risk are designed as a curtain and frame-based carrier system. The placement and dimensions of the curtains in the floor plan of the building determine the behavior of the building under the horizontal loads; therefore, the determination of the position of the curtains constitutes the most fundamental stage in the design of the carrier system. In this study, curtains in different directions and different sizes were placed in concrete curtains and frame structures, and the structure's earthquake behavior was studied in terms of location changes, relative layer distractions and layer cutting forces. Furthermore, the effects of the pre-dimensionation of the carrier elements in the frame system, curtain system and curtain frame systems on structural behavior have been discussed.

Shear walls in reinforced concrete buildings are the most necessary structural members for framed structures especially for the ones existing at the regions with seismic risk in order to provide the lateral strength and stiffness and to reduce the interstory drift ratio. Thus, the structural system for a multistory reinforced concrete buildings located on seismic regions should be designed as framed structures with shear walls. The shear wall layout and the dimensions on the plan view play a key role on the seismic behaviour of the framed structure, hence the decision on the location of shear walls for the framed structures is the main step for the preliminary structural system design. This study aims to investigate the effect of shear wall layout in the plan view of reinforced concrete buildings on the seismic response parameters as story shear, lateral displacements and interstory drift ratio. The finite element analyses of the alternative structure models with different orientations, locations and dimensions of shear walls in plan view have been conducted for a seven story framed structure to understand the effect of structural system configuration on seismic response of the reinforced concrete buildings.
