Bu çalışma 2016-2017 vejetasyon döneminde Kahramanmaraş merkez şartlarında kışlık ve yazlık ekilen çörek otu (Nigella sp.) genotiplerinin tarımsal ve kalite özeliklerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi Tarla Bitkileri Bölümü Araştırma ve Uygulama arazisinde yürütülmüştür. Deneme; tesadüf bloklarında bölünmüş parseller deneme planına göre 3 tekerrürlü olarak dönemler (kışlık-yazlık) ana parsellere genotipler alt parsellere gelecek şekilde kurulmuştur. Araştırmada 6 farklı çörek otu genotipi (Urfa, Eskişehir I, Eskişehir II, Antep, Denizli ve Kahramanmaraş) kullanılmıştır. Kışlık ekimde; bitki boyu 39.10-71.06 cm, bitkide dal sayısı 4.53-7.33 adet/bitki, bitkide kapsül sayısı 14.56-22.08 adet/bitki, kapsüldeki tohum sayısı 96-309.88 adet/kapsül, bin tane ağırlığı 2.18-3.46 g, tohum verimi 91.66-126.66 kg/da, sabit yağ oranı %28.66-38.00, uçucu yağ oranı %0.08-0.66, protein oranı %17.55-19.72 olarak bulunmuştur. Yazlık ekimde ise; bitki boyu 25.66-45.03 cm, bitkide dal sayısı 4.03-8.33 adet/bitki, bitkide kapsül sayısı 7.33-12.70 adet/bitki, kapsüldeki tohum sayısı 59-92.10 adet/kapsül, bin tane ağırlığı 1.71-3.65 g, tohum verimi 14.86-39.03 kg/da, sabit yağ oranı %18.00-28.33, protein oranı %19.21-22.59, uçucu yağ oranı %0.08-0.60 olarak bulunmuştur. Çalışmanın sonuçlarına göre Kahramanmaraş merkez koşullarında çörek otunun kışlık ekiminden yazlık ekime göre daha iyi verim alınmıştır.
This study has been planted in the winter and summer in the Kahramanmaraş center conditions during the 2016-2017 vegetation period (Nigella sp.) In order to determine the agricultural and quality characteristics of their genotypes, Kahramanmaraş Milk Imam University Ziraat Faculty of Farm Plants Department of Research and Application was carried out in the field. According to the trial plan, the trial periods (winter-winter) are the main parsels, the genotypes are established in the next way to the lower parsels. In the study, 6 different genotypes (Urfa, Eskişehir I, Eskişehir II, Antep, Denizli and Kahramanmaraş) were used. In winter, the length of the plant is 39.10-71.06 cm, the number of branches in the plant is 4.53-7.33 pieces/plant, the number of capsules in the plant is 14.56-22.08 pieces/plant, the number of seeds in the capsule is 96-309. 88 capsules, a thousand weights of 2.18-3.46 g, seed productivity of 91.66-126.66 kg/day, fixed fat ratio of 28.66-38.00, flying fat ratio of 0.08-0.66, protein ratio of 17.55-19.72%. In the summer of October, the length of the plant was 25.66-45.03 cm, the number of branches in the plant was 4.03-8.33 pieces/plant, the number of capsules in the plant was 7.33-12.70 pieces/plant, the number of seeds in the capsule was 59-92.10 pieces/ capsule, a thousand weights were 1.71-3.65 g, the production of seeds was 14.86-39.03 kg/day, the fixed fat ratio was 18.00-28.33, the protein ratio was 19.21-22.59, the flight fat ratio was 0.08-0.60. According to the results of the study, in the Kahramanmaraş central conditions, a better output has been obtained from the winter October to the summer October.

The experiment designed as split plots in randomized blocks as 3 replications. Six different genotypes (Urfa, Eskisehir 1, Eskisehir 2, Antep, Denizli and Kahramanmaras) were used in the study. In this study, phenological, herbal, yield and quality characteristics were investigated during the field trial and after harvesting. As a result of the measurements taken in winter sowing; plant height 39.10-71.06 cm, the number of branches 4.53-7.33 number/plant, the number of capsules 14.56-22.08 number/plant, the number of seeds in the capsule 96-309.88 number/capsule, the seed weight was found as 2.18-3.46 g, seed yield was 91.66-126.66 kg/da, fixed oil percentage 28.66-38.00%, volatile oil ratio 0.08-0.66% and protein ratio 17.55-19.72%. In the summer sowing; plant height 25.66-45.03 cm, number of branches 4.03-8.33 number/plant, number of capsules 7.33-12.70 number/plant, the number of seeds in the capsule 59-92.10 number/capsule, the seed weight was found to be 1.71-3.65 g, the seed yield was 14.86-39.03 kg/da, the constant oil ratio was 18.00-28.33%, the protein ratio was 19.21-22.59% and the volatile oil ratio was found 0.08-0.60%. According to the results of the study, a better yield was obtained from winter cultivation of black cumin seed in Kahramanmaras center conditions than summer cultivation.
