Bu araştırmanın amacı; hakemlerin stres ile başa çıkma yöntemleri ile psikolojik sağlamlık düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesidir. Araştırmanın örneklem grubunu, 2022 yılında Türkiye’deki futbol liglerinde hakemlik yapmakta olan 212 futbol hakemi oluşturmuştur. Bu araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak; Demografik Bilgi Formu, Kısa Psikolojik Sağlamlık Ölçeği ve Stresle Başa Çıkma Stratejileri Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Verilerin çözümlenmesi kısmında betimsel istatistikler, t-Testi, one way anova, Korelasyon testi s ve post-hoc (Tamhane’s) T2 kullanılmıştır. Katılımcıların, psikolojik sağlamlık ölçeği ve stresle başa çıkma yöntemleri ölçeği puanlarının, medeni durum, cinsiyet ve hakemlik yapılan klasman değişkenlerine göre istatistiksel manada bir farklılık göstermediği görülmüştür (p>0,05). Fakat daha önce futbol oynama durumu değişkenine göre psikolojik sağlamlık ölçeği ve stresle başa çıkma yöntemleri ölçeğinin, profesyonel destek arama alt boyutu puanlarının, daha önce futbol oynayanlar lehine istatistiksel manada bir farklılık gösterdiği görülmüştür (p<0,05). Yaş ve hakemlik yılı değişkenlerine göre ise stresle başa çıkma yöntemleri ölçeği alt boyutları puanlarının istatistiksel manada bir farklılık gösterdiği görülmüştür (p<0,05). Ayrıca psikolojik sağlamlık ölçeği puanları ile stresle başa çıkma yöntemleri ölçeği puanları arasında pozitif yönlü bir ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
This study aims to examine the relationship between referees' coping strategies for stress and their levels of psychological resilience. The sample group of the study consisted of 212 football referees officiating in the football leagues in Turkey in 2022. The data collection tools used in this study were the Demographic Information Form, the Brief Resilience Scale, and the Coping Response Inventory. Descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation test, and post-hoc (Tamhane's) T2 were used for data analysis. It was observed that there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of the participants on the Brief Resilience Scale and the Coping Response Inventory according to the variables of marital status, gender, and referee classification (p>0.05). However, it was found that there was a statistically significant difference in the scores of the subscales of seeking professional support on the Brief Resilience Scale and the Coping Response Inventory according to the variable of previous experience in playing football, favoring those who had previously played football (p<0.05). It was also observed that the scores of the Coping Response Inventory subscales varied significantly according to the variables of age and years of refereeing experience (p<0.05). Furthermore, a positive relationship was found between the scores of the Brief Resilience Scale and the Coping Response Inventory.
