So many results that aren't mine?

Bilgi Paylaşımının Duygusal Zeka ve Örgüt Kültürüyle İlişkisine Yönelik Bir Araştırma

Abstract:

Bu çalışmada, literatüre dayalı olarak bilgi paylaşımı ile örgüt kültürü ve duygusal zeka arasındaki ilişki incelenmiştir. Araştırma, 11 farklı hastanede görev yapan 412 hemşireden toplanan verilerin analize tabi tutulması ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Keşifsel nitelikte olan bu araştırmada yapılan çoklu regresyon analizi sonuçlarına göre duygusal zekânın alt boyutları olan duygusal değerlendirme, empatik duyarlılık, pozitif duygusal yönetim ve duyguların olumlu kullanımı ile bilgiye bakış açısı arasında pozitif bir ilişki bulunmuştur. Araştırmada yine örgüt kültürünün alt boyutlarından durumsal ve görevsel kültür faktörleri ile bilgi paylaşımı boyutları arasında pozitif bir ilişki gözlenmiştir.

Abstract:

This study has studied the relationship between information sharing and organizational culture and emotional intelligence based on literature. The study was conducted by the analysis of data collected from 412 nurses working in 11 different hospitals. According to the results of the multiple regression analysis conducted in this research, which is of a discovernmental nature, a positive relationship has been found between emotional assessment, empathic sensitivity, positive emotional management and the positive use of emotions and the information perspective, which are the underdimensions of emotional intelligence. The study also observed a positive relationship between the underdimensions of organizational culture and the status and functional cultural factors and the dimensions of information sharing.
