ENDÜSTRİ 4.0 KAVRAMSAL FARKINDALIK ÖLÇEĞİ

Abstract:

Bu çalışmanın amacı üniversite öğrencilerinin Endüstri 4.0 kavramsal farkındalık düzeylerini belirleyecek bir ölçek geliştirmektir. Çalışmaya kapsamlı bir literatür taraması ile başlanmıştır. Bilimsel makale, kitap ve tez çalışmaları gibi birincil kaynaklara dayalı bilgilerin toplanarak bütünleştirilmesi yoluyla Endüstri 4.0’a ilişkin bir teorik temel hazırlanmıştır. Bu aşamada Endüstri 4.0 kavramı ile ilişkili 39 kavram tespit edilmiştir. Bu teorik temele dayalı bir madde havuzu oluşturulmuş ve seçilen 70 madde ile bir taslak ölçek hazırlanmıştır. Taslak ölçek uzman görüşlerine sunulmuş ve 39 maddelik uygulama ölçeğine dönüştürülmüştür. Uygulama ölçeği Orta Anadolu’da bulunan bir devlet üniversitesinin mühendislik ve iktisadi ve idari bilimler fakültesinde öğrenim görmekte olan 300 kişilik bir öğrenci grubuna uygulanmıştır. Uç değerlerde toplanan verilerin çıkarılması ile katılımcı sayısı 240birim olarak gerçekleşmiştir. Veriler SPSS paket programı yardımı ile çözümlenmiştir. Kaiser-Mayer-Olkin (KMO) katsayısı “936” ve Bartlett testi sonucu da 0,001 düzeyinde anlamlı olarak (5062,369- p<0,01) bulunmuştur. Açımlayıcı faktör analizi sonuçları 39 maddeli ölçeğin madde yüklerinin .50 ile .74 arasında değiştiğini, ölçeğin tek faktörlü yapısında açıklanan varyansın %39,99 olduğunu göstermiştir. Ölçeğin Cronbach Alpha Güvenirlik katsayısı .96 olarak tespit edilmiştir. Araştırma kapsamında geliştirilen ölçek ilgili literatür temelinde tartışılmıştır.

The aim of this study is to develop a scale that will determine the industrial 4.0 conceptual level of awareness of university students. The work began with a comprehensive literary scan. A theoretical basis for Industry 4.0 has been prepared through the integration of information based on primary sources, such as scientific articles, books and thesis studies. In this phase, 39 concepts related to Industry 4.0 have been identified. This theoretical foundation is a material pool created and a draft scale with 70 items selected is prepared. The draft scale was presented to the expert opinions and converted to the scale of application of 39 materials. The application scale is applied to a group of 300 students who are studying at the Faculty of Engineering and Economic and Administrative Sciences of a state university located in Central Anadolu. With the data collected in the fields, the number of participants was 240 units. The data is processed with the help of the SPSS package program. The Kaiser-Mayer-Olkin (KMO) ratio was "936" and the Bartlett test result was also significantly at the level of 0.001 (5062.369-p<0,01) . The results of the opening factor analysis showed that the material burden of the 39-matter scale varied between .50 and .74, and that the variance described in the one-factor structure of the scale was 39.99. The Cronbach Alpha reliability ratio of the measurement is .96. The scale developed within the framework of the research was discussed on the basis of the relevant literature.

The application scale was applied to a group of 300 students studying at the faculty of engineering and economics and administrative sciences of a public university in Central Anatolia. With the extraction of data collected at extreme values, the number of participants was 240 units. The data were analyzed with the help of the SPSS package program. The Kaiser-Mayer-Olkin (KMO) coefficient was found to be significant at the level of “936” and Bartlett test at 0.001 level (5062,369- p <0.01). Exploratory factor analysis results showed that the item loads of the 39-item scale ranged between .50 and .74, and the variance explained in the single-factor structure of the scale was 39.99%. Cronbach Alpha reliability coefficient of the scale was determined as .96. The scale developed within the scope of the research is discussed on the basis of the relevant literature.
