So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

Methods: Between October 2007 and December 2009, 10 patients with an eye trauma history from our clinic and in the rear segment with a foreign body being detected with vitreoretinal surgery were examined retrospectively. Patients were assessed in terms of gender, age, the affected eye, the form of the trauma, the nature of the foreign body, the place of the eye entrance, the time of application to the post-trauma hospital, the time of the operation and the operation carried out. All patients were drawn a direct orbit graph. All of the patients were male and the average age was 36.3. In the left eye of the five patients, a stranger body was found in the back segment. Foreign bodies were removed by applying pars plan vitrektomy. The patient’s time between trauma and vitreoretinal surgery was 24 hours to 2 years. Eight of the extracted foreign bodies were intrarethinal, and two were intravitreal settled. In the postoperative follow-up, vision accuracy increased in 5 patients, in 1 patient remained the same, in 4 patients was detected as reduced. The average follow-up period was 11.9 months. Results: While pars plan vitrektomy is a necessary approach in the treatment of eye-individual objects in the rear segment, various factors can affect the results of this surgery.
