Pre-paid housing sales contract was first enacted in the Law on the Protection of the Consumer No 6502. This type of residential sales, which was assessed under “campaign sales” in its old form, has been re-introduced by the legislator as a contract type by itself dure to its increasing prevalence in practice. In this context, the seller's liability, which is set forth in Article 42 of the Law, stands as an important liability for the protecting of the consumer.
