Abstract:

In this study, we have studied how the Thermal Hotel can be chosen with the Bulanık-TOPSIS method. In the analysis, five criteria were used. The criteria are based on the success values of alternatives and the decision matrix is created. According to the opinions obtained from the experts, the matrix values of the decision are converted into triangular foolish numbers. After that, the matrix data was processed by the Purple-TOPSIS method. Twelve five-star thermal hotels located in Afyonkarahisar have been considered to be an application for the problem of thermal hotel selection. The data is obtained from the relevant web pages on the Internet. These hotels have been evaluated by five criteria and are ranked as preferred for hotels. According to the results obtained; the fee (room price) is a criterion of importance, while the customer reviews are a criterion of importance with a close weight value. The number of activities has been accepted at the low level of importance. The first five hotels were ranked with close scores. The alternative hotel has been nine-successful, while the alternative seven-successful has shown performance.
