Abstract:

As the corona virus (Covid-19) spread rapidly throughout the world at the end of 2019, some measures have been taken in our country. One of the measures taken to prevent spread is to leave the schools by March 16. In the pandemic process, education that was not faced with the holidays of schools was continued to be given with distance education. This study examined the views of high school teachers on the use of EBA in remote education during the pandemic (Covid-19) process. For this purpose, the research methods of quality research have been used. The study was conducted with high school teachers working in various regions of Turkey. It is easy to identify the examples. The interview applied to teachers was carried out on the Internet, through the ZOOM (session application). The data obtained by the questions asked in the interview form and the data analyzed by the content analysis technique. According to the research, teachers have stated that the continuation of the distance learning process with the EBA (Education Information Network) provides facilities for them and that the live-learning feature brought to the EBA enables the best way to provide education-learning in the distance learning process we are in. However, the possibilities such as individual learning in face-to-face education and practical teaching processing motivate students more, the children are learning by fun and socialized by pointing out that the lack of these advantages in face-to-face education in the distance learning process is a lack and the process has a negative impact. In the process, the application of the live course on the platform is new, they have expressed difficulty at first and sometimes there are some technical problems and the application needs to be developed.
