Örgütsel Bağlılık İle İşten Ayrılma Niyeti İlişkisini İncelemeye Yönelik Bir Alan Araştırması

Günümüzde örgütlerin karşılaşmak istemediği olaylardan birisi de işten ayrılma eylemidir. İşten ayrılma eylemi öncesi, çeşitli nedenlerle işgörenlerde işten ayrılma niyeti oluşmaktadır. İşgörenlerin uzun yıllar boyunca görev yaptığı örgütlerini bırakmaması için örgütlerin bazı adımlar atması gerekmektedir. Örgütsel bağlılık kavramı da örgütler için oldukça önemli bir yere sahiptir. İşgörenlerin görev yaptıkları örgüte aidiyet hissetmesi ve bütünleşmesi gerekmektedir. Örgütsel bağlılık ile ilgili olarak yapılan bu araştırmada, işgörenlerin örgütsel bağlılıklarının işten ayrılma niyeti üzerine olan etkisi tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu kapsamda, Ankara ilinde faaliyet gösteren İl Gıda, Tarım ve Hayvancılık Müdürlüğü’nün personelleri üzerinde anket yoluyla veriler toplanmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda, örgütsel bağlılık ile işten ayrılma niyeti arasında anlamlı ve ters yönde bir ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract:

One of the events that organizations today don’t want to encounter is the departure action. Before the departure of the work, the intention of the employee to leave the work for various reasons occurs. Organizations need to take some steps to prevent workers from leaving their organizations in which they have been in office for many years. The concept of organizational commitment also has a very important place for organizations. Workers need to feel membership and integration in the organization they do. In this study on organizational commitment, it was attempted to identify the impact of employers’ organizational commitments on the intention of leaving the job. In this context, data have been collected through the survey of the staff of the Provincial Food, Agriculture and Animal Industry Directorate operating in Ankara. The study found that there was a meaningful and opposite relationship between organizational commitment and the intention to leave the job.
