So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

ABSTRACT This study aimed to determine the effect of diaphragmatic breathing exercises commonly used in pulmonary rehabilitation on sleep and quality of life, depression and anxiety in young people with no discomfort. The research was conducted on 45 healthy individuals among students of Health Services Vocational School Physiotherapy Program at Bingol University from April 2018 to May 2018. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scale, Beck Depression Inventory, Beck Anxiety Inventory and Euro-QOL 5-D Scale were administered to individuals before the exercise and values were recorded.  Next, the individuals were given diaphragmatic breathing exercises included three sessions per week for 8 weeks in total. At the end of 8 weeks, the same tests were applied to the individuals. Statistical evaluation revealed a significant improvement in sleep quality, depression, anxiety and quality of life before and after exercise (P<0.05). A statistically significant decrease in respiratory frequency levels was reported compared to the pre-administration period, and no significant decrease in heart frequency was observed. There was a statistically significant decrease in respiratory frequency levels (P <0.05) and no significant reduction in heart rate.

At the end of the 8 weeks, the same tests were applied to individuals. The statistical assessment observed a significant improvement in the quality of sleep before and after exercise, depression, anxiety and quality of life (P<0,05). While a significant reduction in respiratory frequency has been statistically observed (P<0,05), no significant reduction in heart rate has been observed. This study aimed at determining the effect of diaphragmatic breathing exercises commonly used in lung rehabilitation on sleep and quality of life, depression and anxiety in young people with no discomfort.
