Abstract:

The twins are the language units that are not just the repetition of the two words that have come together, and thus build new concepts and strengthen meaning and narration. The twins referred to the use even in the oldest works of the Turkish period, as well as strengthening the meaning, adds color and aesthetic to the expression. From this point of view, especially lovers, poets and writers have been the expressions patterns that they frequently apply when bringing a work into the body. There are meaningful, structural and sound scientific characteristics that provide these effects. Therefore, it is a question that the two dimensions must be addressed in terms of the qualities they carry. There has been a comprehensive research on the subject in the Turkish language science. Similar research and research has been found in most of the Turkish language. But Gagauz was not equal to a study that discussed the dualities used in Turkish. In this study, the two-dimensions identified from the dictionaries, poems and many other sources related to Gagauz Turkish have been studied from various aspects, such as meaning, word structure, origin, organization, word type and sequence. The results of the review are detailed in the result section.
