Öz Sîmîn-i Dânişver, Çağdaş İran edebiyatının önemli kadın yazarlarındandır. Eserlerini halk diline yakın bir dille yazarak toplumun her kitlesine ulaşmayı başarabilen Dânişver, 1932’de gerçekleşen darbe sonrasında İran’ın siyasi ve sosyal durumunu bazen açık, bazen de üzeri kapalı bir şekilde dile getirmiştir. Dânişver “Sokağın Geçmişi” adlı bu hikâyesinde kadınların toplumdaki yerini üstü kapalı bir şekilde eleştirmiştir. Bu çalışmada Sîmîn-i Dânişver’in hayatı ve eserleri hakkında bilgi verildikten sonra “Sokağın Geçmişi” adlı hikâyesi tematik ve teknik açıdan incelenmiştir. Anahtar kelimeler: Çağdaş İran edebiyatı, kadın, hikâye. Abstract Sîmîn-i Dânishver is one of the female authors in Persian literature. After the coup happened in 1932, Dânishver whose works reached to people from various backgrounds due to the use of a bare language expressed the social and political status of Iran either directly or implicitly. In the work ‘the History of the Street’, Dânishver indirectly criticized the role of women in the society. In this paper, after giving a brief introduction of Sîmîn-i Dânishver’s life and works, Danishver’s story ‘the History of the Street’ had been examined.
