İslam coğrafyasının parçalanmışlığı, politik, ekonomik ve bilimsel açıdan geri kalmışlığı içerisinde müslümanların değişen dünyaya uyum sağlama noktasındaki sorunları gün geçtikçe derinleşmektedir. Bu itibarla dünyanın hızla değişen konjonktürel yapısı içerisinde var olma mücadelelerinin bir örneği olarak köktenci oluşumların temellerinin hem Kur’ânî referansları hem de mezhepler tarihi açısından nasıl tahlil edilmesi gerektiği, bir problem olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Zira bu radikal yaklaşımın kendi içerisinde örgütlenme ve “militan devşirme” reflekslerinin altında İslâmî söylemlerin olması, konunun Hâricî düşüncenin evrimi açısından incelenmesini gerekli kılmıştır. Radikalizm ve fundamentalizmin ortaya çıkmasında psikolojik ve bireysel etmenlerin yanında siyasî, ekonomik ve kültürel birçok değişken rol oynamaktadır. Ancak daha da dikkat edilmesi gereken hususun, radikal söylemlerin Kur’ân âyetleri ile temellendiriliyor olmasıdır. Zira kendilerine böyle bir söylem geliştirenlerin dinin ana kaynağına dayanıyor olmalarının altında yatan sebepler ciddi bir şekilde irdelenmelidir. Kuşku yok ki her bir başlığı ele almak çalışmanın sınırları açısından mümkün görünmemektedir. Bu itibarla bu çalışmanın temel hedefi, problemin mezheplerle ilgili kısmını ele alarak İslam’ın özüne aykırı olarak gelişen yönlerini ve geçmişten günümüze gelen benzer dini söylemlerle ilgili temellerini ortaya koymaktır. Ayrıca itikadı, ilmihale dönüştürme, ilâhî metni literal okuma ve katı hadisçiliğin Hâricî anlayışa benzeşen ve ayrışan yönleri de ele alınmıştır. Araştırmanın mahiyeti betimsel nitelikli olduğu için çalışmada ağırlıklı olarak doküman taraması yapılarak içerikler değerlendirilmiştir. Yapılan araştırma ve değerlendirmeler sonucunda ortaya çıkan temel çıkarımlardan birisi, sosyal, siyasî ve kültürel açıdan bir tecdit ve ıslah hareketi olarak batılı referansları da kullanarak aydınlanmacı bir yaklaşımla, İslam dünyasını ayağa kaldırmaya çalışan birtakım oluşumların zamanı bir noktada dondurmak ve Kur’ân âyetlerini kendi ideolojik söylemleri için basamak yapmalarıdır. Bu durum hem ilerlemeyi hem de sorunları kendi bütünlüğü içerisinde çözmeyi imkânsız hale getirmektedir. Böyle bir imkansızlık içerisinde araştırmada, Hâricîlik zihniyetinin ortaya çıkardığı temel sorunlar ve sorunlara yol açan sebepleri üzerinde durularak günümüzde aşırı ve radikal tutumların ortadan kalkması için çözüm yolları gösterilmiştir
With the fragmentation of the Islamic geography, the political, economic and scientific retardation, the problems of adapting Muslims to the changing world are increasingly deepening. As an example of the struggles to exist within the world’s rapidly changing conjunctural structure, the foundations of root formations come to us as a problem, how to evaluate the foundations of both the Qur’an references and the history of the religions. Because the existence of Islamic speeches under the reflections of organization and “militan devastation” of this radical approach in itself has made it necessary to study the subject in terms of the evolution of the Hariri thought. In the emergence of radicalism and fundamentalism, along with psychological and individual factors, many political, economic and cultural variable roles are played. But it is more important to note that the radical words are based on the Qur’an signs. For those who develop such a speech should be seriously considered the reasons under which they are based on the main source of religion. There is no doubt that it is not possible to deal with every headline from the point of view of the work. Accordingly, the main objective of this study is to address the part of the issue related to the religions, to reveal the aspects that evolve contrary to the essence of Islam and the foundations related to similar religious statements from the past to the present. It also has been discussed the aspects of it, the conversion to the scientist, the literal reading of the divine text, and the strict hadithism, similar to the Haryic understanding and divergent. For example, in the study, the research has been carried out in a documentary scan. One of the fundamental conclusions arising from the results of the research and evaluation is that, using the Western references as a social, political and cultural assertion and righteous movement, with an enlightening approach, a number of formations seeking to raise the Islamic world; to freeze at a point of time and to scale the Qur’an verses for their own ideological speeches. This makes it impossible to progress and solve problems in their own integrity. In such an impossibility, the research has shown ways to eliminate extreme and radical attitudes today, focusing on the fundamental problems and causes that lead to problems that the Haricity mentality reveals.
The problems of Muslims in adapting to the changing world are deepening day by day due to the fragmentation of Islamic geography, political, economic and scientific backwardness. In this respect, how the foundations of fundamentalist formations should be analyzed in terms of the history of sects as an example of the struggles of existence within the rapidly changing cyclical structure of the world emerges as a problem. The fact that this radical approach has its own Islamic discourses under the reflexes of organization and militant recruitment within itself has made it necessary to examine the issue in terms of the evolution of external thought. In addition to psychological and individual factors, many political, economic and cultural variables play a role in the emergence of radicalism and fundamentalism. However, it should be noted that radical discourses are based on the Qur’anic verses. The reason behind the fact that those who develop such a discourse is based on the main source of religion should be seriously examined. There is no doubt that it is not possible to deal with each topic in terms of the limits of the study. In this respect, our aim is to examine the part of the problem related to sects and to reveal the foundations of fundamentalism related to similar religious discourses from the past to the present. It also examines creed, conversion to the catechism, literal reading of the divine text, and divergent aspects of rigid hadithism that resemble the External understanding. For this reason, in this descriptive study, the contents of the document will be evaluated by document scanning. What draws our attention here is that some formations that try to lift up the Islamic world with an enlightenment approach by using western references as a social, political and cultural transformation and correctional movement; to freeze time at some point and to make the Qur’anic verses a step for their own ideological discourse. This makes it impossible to progress and solve problems in their entirety.
