Seralar iç ortam koşullarının denetlenebildiği bitkisel üretim yapılarıdır. Seracılık günümüzün en önemli sebze veya meyve üretim materyalini oluşturmaktadır. Önümüzdeki yüzyılda önem etkisinin daha da artacağı ve gerek iklimsel değişimlerden gerekse fazla üretim isteğinden dolayı bu sektöre ilgi artacaktır. İlgilinin artması beraberinde çeşitli olumsuz iş kazalarını da getirebilecektir. Seracılıkta özellikle solunum yolu hastalıkları ve düşmeye bağlı kazalar öne çıkmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, Siirt ili ve ilçelerindeki seracılık işletmeleri örneklenmiş olup, saha çalışmaları yapılarak mevcut durumun ortaya konulması hedeflenmiştir. Çalışmada, seracılıkta uygulanan iş sağlığı ve güvenliği uygulamaları irdelenmiş, çalışanlar ve iş yeri paydaşlarının görüşlerine başvurularak 5x5 L tipi analiz matrisi uygulanmıştır. Matris oluşturulurken; üreticilerin sahip olduğu deneyimler göz önünde bulundurulmuş; seralarda çalışan veya daha önce çalışmış kişilerin sağlık sorunları, bu sorunların insan hayatına olan etkileri yapılan anketler yardımıyla belirlenmiş ve olası tehlikelere karşı proaktif bir yaklaşım sergilenmiştir. Çalışma sonuçlarına göre özellikle pestisit uygulamalarında dikkate değer risk olduğuna, sera içerisinde en çok düşmeye bağlı yaralanmaların ortaya çıktığı sonucuna varılmıştır. İş kazalarının önüne geçilebilmesi için, sera çalışanlarının yaptıkları iş konusunda eğitimi ve yönlendirilmesi gerektiği kanısına varılmıştır. Özellikle sera iç sıcaklık değerlerinin dış ortam ile farklılık gösterdiği sonbahar üretim periyodunda sağlık kuruluşlarına olan başvurunun arttığı gözlenmiştir. Ayrıca, yörede iş sağlığı ve güvenliği konusunda üreticilerin duyarlı olmadıkları kanısına varılmıştır.
The greenhouses are plant production structures where the internal environment conditions can be controlled. Fertilization is the most important vegetable or fruit production material of today. In the next century, the importance impact will increase and the interest in this sector will increase due to the demand for too much production due to climate change. Increased interest may also lead to various negative work accidents. In humidity, especially respiratory diseases and crashes associated with falling are highlighted. In this study, the Siirt and the districts of the seracity enterprises have been demonstrated, and the field work is aimed at revealing the current situation. In the study, the work health and safety practices applied in the heating industry were focused on the opinions of employees and workplace stakeholders, the 5x5 L type analysis matrix was applied. At the creation of the matrix, the experience of the producers was taken into account; the health problems of people who worked in the greenhouses or previously worked in the greenhouses were identified with the help of surveys of the effects of these problems on human life and a proactive approach to potential dangers was shown. According to the results of the study, there is a significant risk, especially in pesticide applications, and the conclusion is that the wounds associated with falling most occurred in the greenhouse. The greenhouses have climate controls that allow them to produce vegetative plants. Today, the most important vegetables and some fruits are produced in the greenhouses. In the next century, the interest in this sector will be increased due to the important effects of both climate changes and the desire for further production. Along with the increasing interest we may encounter various negative work accidents; such as respiratory diseases and fall accidents were seen further. In this study, the greenhouses of Siirt province and its districts were sampled and for revealing their situations compared with field studies. Occupational health and safety practices were examined in greenhouse farming, and a 5x5 L type data matrix was made for analysis by asking the opinions of the employees and workplace investors. The producer's experiences have been considered during planning and creating matrix data; the health problems of people who working or have worked before in greenhouses have been identified with the help of surveys on the impact of these problems on human life and a precautionary approach has been taken against possible risks. The results showed, not only there is a remarkable risk especially in pesticide applications but the injuries mostly due to the fall were observed in the greenhouses. They concluded that greenhouses workers should be trained and guided about what they are doing to prevent accidents. Especially during the autumn planting period, it has been observed that the numbers of people who refer to medical centers have been increased by reason of the difference in temperature inside and outside the greenhouse. In addition, it was concluded that producers are not sensitive about occupational health and safety in the regions.
