Abstract:

This research is aimed at examining the student’s role as an instrument in the relationship between the level of self-discrimination and the level of originality. Students who are located in the foundation and state universities in Istanbul, graduate and graduate students who work or apply to work in the field of mental health form the universe of research. Examples are easily identified using the sampling method.  The study group consists of 253 female and male undergraduate students studying in Istanbul. With a single personal form of information, students are applied to determine the level of self-discrimination, to determine the level of authenticity, to determine the level of authenticity, and to determine the level of alienation, to determine the level of self-discrimination. Emotional reaction and gender, father’s educational status and working status, emotional gap and gender, age, graduate high school type, father’s educational status, ben position and father’s educational status have been identified significant differences. There was a significant difference between authenticity and gender, education and work status. In the subdimensions of extradition and extradition, there is a significant difference between social isolation and gender, working status and type of high school graduated, weakness and age and educational status. Multiple Regression Analysis has been conducted in order to investigate the differentiation of self and authenticity variables.
