So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

SAĞLIK ÇALIŞANLARINDA TÜKENMİŞLİK ve İŞ DOYUMU İLİŞKİSİ: BİR KAMU HASTANESİ ÖRNEĞİ
2020
Journal:
Uluslararası Sağlık Yönetimi ve Stratejileri Araştırma Dergisi
Author:
Abstract:

Relationship of consumption and employment in healthcare plays: an example of a public hospital
2020
Author:
Abstract:

The main causes of fatigue include intensity and stress. As the health sector is a labor-intense sector, health workers are also working under a lot of workload and stress. Emptiness is the result of reducing the motivation of employees to work. The aim of this study is to study the relationship between exhaust and employment satisfaction in health workers working in a public hospital and to identify the impact of demographic variables on these concepts. 275 people participated in the study. Regression analysis was conducted in the analysis of the data obtained from the study in order to test the relationship between a dependent variable and one or more independent variables. In addition to this, the independent sample T-Test was used for binary variables and for more than two variables the one-way variance (ANOVA) analysis test was used. As a result of the created hypotheses, it has been revealed that health workers have a negative relationship between exhaust and job satisfaction. While there is a meaningful relationship between extinction and “sex”, “age”, “education” and “children’s number”, there is no meaningful relationship between “civil state”, “profession”, “worked unit”, “professional experience” and “working way”. In addition, a meaningful relationship between employment satisfaction and "age", "education" and "worked unit" has not been identified; a meaningful relationship between "gender", "civil state", "child number", "professional", "professional experience" and "working way" has not been identified.

The Relationship Between Job Burnout and Satisfaction In Healthcare Employees: A Case Of A Public Hospital
2020
Author:
Abstract:

Workload and stress are the most important reasons among job burnout. Because healthcare sector is labour intensive, healthcare employees work under the workload and stress so much. Job burnout affects the employees’ job satisfaction by decreasing their motivation. In this direction, the purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between job burnout and satisfaction and determine the effects of demographic variances on these notions over healthcare professionals working at a public hospital. 275 people participated in the study. Regression Analysis was conducted to test the relationship between one dependent variable and one or more independent variables in analyzing the data obtained as a result of the research. In addition, Independent Sample T-Test for binary variables and One-Way Variance (ANOVA) analysis test for more than two variables were used. As a result of the hypotheses created within the scope of the research, it has been revealed that there is a positive relationship between the effects of burnout of health personnel on job satisfaction. While there is a significant relationship between “gender”, “age”, “education” and “number of children” of burnout; No significant relationship could be determined between "marital status", "profession", "unit worked", "professional experience" and "ways of working". In addition, while determining a significant relationship between job satisfaction, "age", "education" and "unit studied"; There was no significant relationship between "gender", "marital status", "number of children", "profession", "professional experience" and "ways of working".
