Örgüt DNA’sı, bir örgütün geçmişten gelen, örgütü tanımlayan, örgütsel kimliğini ortaya koyan ve o örgüte ait yeteneklerini ifade eden genetik yapısıdır. Örgüt DNA’sını etkileme durumu olan unsurlardan bir tanesi çevre iken diğeri liderlik tarzı olabilir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, çevre türünün liderlik tarzı aracılığı ile örgüt DNA’sına göre örgüt tipleri üzerine etkisini ortaya koymaktır. Çalışmada anket tekniği kullanılarak veriler toplanmıştır. Araştırmanın amacı doğrultusunda, elde edilen veriler kısmi en küçük kareler (PLS) yöntemiyle yapısal eşitlik modellemesi kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Yapılan analizler sonucunda, genel olarak çevre türünün liderlik tarzı aracılığı ile örgüt DNA’sına göre örgüt tipleri üzerinde etkili olduğu ve bu etkinin doğrudan ve aracılık yoluyla gerçekleştiği görülmüştür. Ayrıca, çevre türünün bazı liderlik tarzlarını da etkilediği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır
The DNA of an organization is the genetic structure of an organization that comes from the past, defines the organization, reveals its organizational identity and expresses its abilities in that organization. One of the elements in the state of influencing the organization's DNA can be the leadership style while the other can be the environment. The aim of this study is to reveal the influence of the environmental species on organizational types according to the organization's DNA through the leadership style. The data was collected using the survey technique. According to the purpose of the study, the data obtained was analyzed using the method of structural equality modeling using the partial smallest squares (PLS). The results of the analysis have shown that the environmental species in general, through the leadership style and the organization's DNA, has an effect on the organizational types and that this effect occurs directly and through mediation. It is also found that the environmental species also affects some leadership styles.
