Yabancılara Türkçe öğretimi her geçen gün daha sistemli biçimde yol alan ve gelişimi süreklilik arz eden bir disiplindir. Her öğretim bölgesine özgü dil öğretim politikalarının geliştirilmesi daha sağlam ve donanımlı ilerlemenin önünü açacaktır. Çalışma çok yönlü olan bu sistemin sadece sesletim öğretimini kapsamaktadır. Öğrenicinin hedef dile hâkimiyetinin en belirgin göstergesi sosyal alandaki konuşma becerisidir. Yabancılara Türkçe öğretimi bir bütün olarak ele alınmamalıdır ve her bir beceri ayrıntılı bir biçimde incelenmelidir. Her dil gibi Türkçenin de kendine özgü diğer dillerde bulunmayan sesbirimleri bulunmaktadır. Bu sesbirimlerin doğru seslendirilmeyişi öğrenicinin konuşma esnasında yapabileceği hatalardan ötürü özgüven kaybı yaşamasına yol açacaktır. Yanlış sesletimle ortaya çıkan asıl sorun, doğru seslendirilmemiş her birim veya seslem sözcüğünün bağlamından uzaklaşması ve karşıdaki anadil konuşurunun veya başka bir konuşurun anlamasının zorlaşmasıdır. Bu da karşılıklı iletişimi zorlaştırmaktadır. Ana dilinde olmayan bir sesin hedef dilde olması konuşur için kendi ana dilindeki en yakın sesi yerine koyma dürtüsüyle farklı bir sesletimin önünü açmaktadır. Çalışmada Türkçeye özgü sesbirimlerin bazı dillerdeki yansımaları ve bu sesbirimlerin doğru öğretimi için bazı teknik bilgiler sunulacaktır.
The teaching of Turkish to foreigners is a discipline that leads more systematically every day and provides continuity in its development. The development of language teaching policies that are specific to each teaching area will lead to more solid and equipped progress. The study, which is versatile, covers only the vocal teaching of this system. The most clear indicator of the student’s target language domination is the ability to speak in the social field. Foreigners should not consider Turkish teaching as a whole and each skill should be studied in detail. Like every other language, there are no speakers in Turkish language. The failure to speak correctly will lead to a loss of self-confidence due to the errors the student can make during the speech. The main problem arising from the wrong voice is the disconnection from the context of each unreasoned unit or voice word and the difficulty of understanding the opposite main language speaker or another speaker. This also makes mutual communication difficult. A voice that is not in the mother tongue speaks in the target tongue with the impulse to place the closest voice in his mother tongue, it opens the front of a different voice. The study will provide some technical information for the proper teaching of Turkish-specific vocals in some languages and these vocals.
Teaching Turkish to foreigners is a disciplinary and a systematic continuity that develops day by day. The development of language teaching policies specific to each teaching region will improve the way for more effective and well equipped progress. The study covers only the teaching of pronunciation in this multidirectional system. The most obvious indicator of a student's command of the target language is the ability of speaking at the social environment. Teaching Turkish to foreigners should not be considered as a whole and each skill should be examined particularly. Just like any language, Turkish has phonemes that are not found in other languages. Failure to perform the sephonemes correctly will result in a loss of self-confidence due to errors that the learner may make during speech. The main problem within correct pronunciation is that the word of a unit or a phoneme that is not correctly pronounced will increase the distance from the context and it is difficult for the native speaker or other speaker to understand speech. This makes reciprocal communication difficult. The fact that a non-native language vocal is in the target language causes the way for a different pronunciation in the speech to substitute the nearest vocal in the native language for the speaker. In this study, reflections of phonemes specific to Turkish in other languages and some technical information are provided for proper teaching.
