Abstract:

The history of humanity has passed several revolutions to this day. The greatest of these are the agricultural revolution, the industrial revolution and the technological revolution. Without a doubt, in these revolutions, the technological revolution has rapidly changed and transformed the individual, society and the state. The technological developments initially launched rapid immigration movements from rural areas to urban areas, causing the emergence of metropolities in the cities and generated new demand for service from the state. Especially until the 90s, technology progressed at a certain speed, and from this date to the reach of communication in many fields continued the main technological developments. Although the minimum state concept has been accepted since the 1980s, in the age of technology, the services that citizens expect from the state have continued to increase. The extensive spread of the use of the Internet, smartphones, computers, tablets and social networks has significantly affected the provision and control of public services. These technological developments in the world have affected both the state and society in Turkey. The state has made various steps in this field to provide public services to individuals more efficiently and efficiently. The demand for the use of technology is growing. The aim of this study was to explore the relationship between the presentation of public services and digitalization using various statistical data.
