The effective management of the person, the most important source of organizations, is of great importance in achieving competitive advantage by improving the overall performance of the organization and in raising the levels of satisfaction, taking into account both the desires and needs of employees. In this context, the Human Resource Management (Human Resource Management) models implemented in organizations are highlighted. In this study, the influence of solid and stable human resources models applied in organizations on employees’ job satisfaction has been studied. In the framework of the research, 1 medium-sized and 3 large-scale organizations operating in the service sector in Bursa and 4 large-scale organizations operating in the production sector, were considered as a sample. As a measurement tool, demographic questions and a survey form consisting of two scales were used. The first scale in the survey form is the Human Resource Management (HRM) Models Scale, developed by Kidombo, K'Obonyo and Gakuu (2012) as 38 expressions. The second scale is the Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) developed by Weiss, Dawis, England and Lofquist in 1967. 401 employees participated in the study and the data obtained from the survey forms collected from these participants were analyzed using the SPSS 20.0 package program. According to the findings found in the analysis, there is a statistically meaningful relationship between the ICO models and the Business Satisfaction. In addition, both in the production sector and in the service sector, the IKY Model has an increasing impact on the level of employment satisfaction of employees.
