Abstract:

Principle of respect to man right is one of the foundation principles of the modern international law. This principle fixed in the Charter of UN for the first time, It was reflected in the some important international documents, especially in the declaration about Human Rights on December 10, 1948. Thousands of people are kept in the Armenia what that have been taken prisoner in time of occupation of Azerbaijan territories by Armenia. The representatives of the UN have been witness tortures of giving wildly to captives of the Armenians. UN is the universal organization founding of the principles of Human Rights and it must force the Armenia to keep international conventions. If Armenia does not keep the principles accepted by UN, if it breaks systematical the principles fixed in the Charter of the UN, the Security Council must raise a question about this in the General Assembler and the Armenia must be punished. International documents are the important mechanism in protecting of the rights of the citizens in the armed confrontations and these documents will be able to be assistant to the Security Council in the direction of protecting of the man rights. Armenia does not keep international agreements signed and international conventions joined. It will be able to be realizing the legal judgment of the crimes worked by Armenia against Azerbaijan by creation of Special Tribunal. It is necessity the collaboration between the Council on rights of man and International Court and organizations specialized.
