So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.
How can I see only citations to my article?
After searching the name of your article, you can see the references to the article you selected as soon as you click on the details section.

Industry 4.0 has led to a significant transformation in the way businesses' approach manufacturing. Industry 4.0  affects every industry at every level.  In the corporate setting,  automation and other evolving technologies are changing dramatically the needs of organizations. In this process, business owners and managers will need to reassess their organizations' structure and redefine tasks that require human involvement. Industry 4.0  revolution has already reduced the human resources requirements of many businesses through automation. On the one hand this disruption affects every aspect of HR, on the other hand  HR 4.0 gives an opportunity to create sustainable competitive advantages for companies. HR professionals will need to learn about digital technologies and use them to work more efficiently in order to be successful in this period.  This paper aims to demonstrate how the industry 4.0 revolution affects human resources and human resource management practices.
