Morale approach in workplace does mainly adopt management strategy which cares about more productive personnel, more profit rate, low-cost production as well as transforming problems into profit rather than solving them. In this approach, reliance and tolerance are suggested instead of fighting against life conditions which make personnel tired and miserable. In this approach which promises less problematic but more advantageous to employers and managers, employees and the ones governed are supposed to have a happy and satisfactory life. This approach which suggests the importance of giving consent rather than finding responsible and reasons of problems that actually stems from inadequacy of the sense of satisfaction as a result of sophisticated communication technology is one of the examples of hegemonies. In this paper, the purposes and justifications provided for the approach are evaluated based on explanations as to morale in business life and workplace
