So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

Sosyal güvenliğin amacı; kişileri mesleki, fizyolojik ve sosyo-ekonomik risklere karşı korumak ve bu sosyal risklerin etkilerini azaltarak kişileri teminat altına almaktır. Genel sağlık sigortası sağlıkla ilgili risklerle karşılaşan insanların öncelikle hastalanmalarını engellemeye çalışmak, hasta olduklarında ise tedavi giderlerinin karşılanması şeklinde uygulanan sigorta türüdür. 5510 sayılı Kanun kapsamında 1/1/2012 tarihinden itibaren zorunlu genel sağlık sigortası uygulamasına geçilmiştir. Bu çalışmada, zorunlu genel sağlık sigortalılığı kapsamında son dönemde yapılan yasal ve idari düzenlemeler kronolojik sırayla incelenecek, değişiklik ve reformların yansımaları ele alınmaya çalışılacaktır.
