Knowing the causes of the impacts on job satisfaction in terms of transforming businesses to the future and business continuity is fairly important for the managers who are responsible for the employees’ performance. From this point, In this study it is aimed to determine the factors that affecting the employees’ job satisfaction level working in manufacturing industries and investigate the effects on employees. Study was conducted in a business in the textile industry which operates in the province of Kahramanmaraş and has ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System Certificate. As a result of surveys conducted in this business, five main factors including quality orientation influencing the employees’ job satisfaction, participation in management, institutional commitment, superiorsubordinate relationships and career planning have been identified. Correlation Analysis was done to determine the relationship among these five main factors therefore it is determined that the more employees has institutional commitment level, the more they have * Yrd.
