So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Sağlık Sektörü Çalışanlarının Duygusal Emek Davranışları Örgütsel Bağlılık ile Açıklanabilir mi?

Abstract:

Bu araştırmanın amacı sağlık sektörü çalışanlarının örgütsel bağlılıklarının (duygusal bağlılık, normatif bağlılık ve devamlılık bağlılığı) duygusal emeklerine (yüzeysel rol yapma ve derinden rol yapma) etkisini incelemektir. Araştırmada bu amaç doğrultusunda 104 sağlık sektörü çalışanından anket tekniğiyle veriler toplanmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin analizinde SPSS 18.0 paket programı kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada başlıca pearson korelasyon analizi ve çoklu doğrusal regresyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular duygusal bağlılığın yüzeysel rol yapma davranışını negatif yönde; normatif bağlılığın ise derinden rol yapma davranışını pozitif yönde ve anlamlı düzeyde etkilediğini göstermiştir.
