Airports which have an important place in transportation sector form one of the points presenting the city and the country they are in. Nowadays airline transport which shortens the time and the distance has become one of the determinants of the world transportation sector in ever-increasing speed and density. Since the services given at airports have great importance in a national and international level, it is essential that the quality of the services be taken into consideration. In present day conditions it is a known fact that people from every group have been using airports, and that among these there are handicapped passangers who need special services. In this study, the evaluation the services of given in the accessible airports by the handicapped passangers has been used. In order to determine whether there are differences in the perception of the services by the handicapped, t-test and one-way analysis of variance have been done. In general, it has been seen that the services given at the airports have been evaluated positively by the handicapped passangers. In addition, it has been determined that there are differences in the perception of the services given depending on gender, age, education and income.
