The aim of this study is to determine the perceptions of the quality of working life of employees at hotel enterprises. The study has been carried out through the data collected via a questionnaire from 266 employees. According to the findings, the most influental factor in perceptions regarding the quality of working life is the use of technology and job security. Hotel staff consider their technological facilities and job security as the most important factors. The least influental factor in perceptions regarding the quality of working life is the participation in the management. Employees have showed a relatively lower participation in variables in this scale. In addition, it has been found out that perceptions of the quality of working life differ in some demographic characteristics of employees
