Abstract:

This study was prepared as a summary of the master's thesis entitled "Critical Success Factors for Logistics Organizations". The aim of the study is to create a conceptual framework that will be based on the determination of critical success factors for virtual logistics organizations and identify critical success factors for this type of structures. The concept of Critical Success Factor (KBF) is not new and has a very broad literature. There are also numerous studies in literature on logistical functions and critical success factors in virtual structures. However, it appears that there is not enough work on critical success factors that may apply to structures in the logistics sector. The importance of the study is due to the effort to contribute to this lack in literature. For the quarantine framework, a four-dimensional structure has been created, including the organization’s position in the network structure, the organization’s structure, the management of addictions and the effective and efficient solution of logistics problems. Depending on this structure, KBFs that are estimated to be related to each size and subdimensions have been determined. These KBFs are included in a wide range of factors that include flexibility and compatibility, communication, teamwork, coordination and low cost.
