Psikolojik Sözleşme İhlal Algısının Örgütsel Sessizlik Üzerindeki Etkisi

Abstract:

Bu çalışmanın amacı hastane çalışanlarının psikolojik sözleşme ihlali ile örgütsel sessizlik düzeylerini belirlemek, psikolojik sözleşme ihlali ile örgütsel sessizlik arasındaki ilişkiyi açıklamaktır. Bu amaç kapsamında, Bandırma’da bir hastanede görev yapan 179 çalışanından anket yöntemi kullanılarak veriler elde edilmiştir. Yapılan korelasyon analizi sonucunda psikolojik sözleşme ihlali ile örgütsel sessizlik arasında pozitif yönlü bir ilişki olduğu görülmektedir. Regresyon analizi sonucunda psikolojik sözleşme ihlalinin örgütsel sessizliğin alt boyutları üzerinde istatistiki olarak anlamlı bir etkisi olduğu anlaşılmıştır.
