Occupational diseases are both psychic or physical state of deficiency and temporary or contemporary illnesses which is occur in the working process because of some situation related to job. Occupational diseases are forensic events. Only if there must be causal concerning between the diseases and the job, a illness is considered as occupational disease. Totally, three hospital service in our country in order to care and diagnose occupational diseases. In Turkey, The list of occupational diseases exists in Health Institution Regulations, Social Insurence Act. All the health institution may prevent the occupational diseases once they put into practice control methots and have risk management. Occupational health and safety specialists, employees and employer must be responsible to this subject. Proportion of occupational diseases is lower than expected in our country because of lack of substructure which recognize such diseases and lack of knowledge of healthcare professionals. Recognizing currently such diseases is very important in order to be prevent occupational diseases besides being obtain some right by employees
