The main goal in presentation of helth services is to give high quality health care. This is also possible with maximum productivity and ambitious and high motivated employees in their jobs. However; intensified competition conditions and improved technology cause adverse results over employees like monotony and burnout syndrome. Monotony, raises an important threat that increasing job streess and in respect of vigorous operations of organization. Low working performance, high absence rate, burnout syndrome, insensitivity, increasing popular discontent among employees and decreasing motivation, increase on quiting job rates that causes loss of professional labor and high cost recruiting and instruction activities might be shown as adverse situations which job stress causes that monotony creates. In this article, monotony level of emplayees, who run for an university hospital which established in Ankara and Konya, is explicated and purposed to make solution proposes by identifying the reason of monotony problem
