Cinema can provide great support for the reduction of the prejudices among people, in order for societies to recognize and understand each other's different cultures. However, cinema culture models can carry masses in universal dimensions. We can see the most successful examples of this in American cinema. Hollywood has been able to work more successfully than other countries' cinemas, especially in the science fiction genre. Arrival, one of these successful works, is an important work in order to conduct intercultural communication studies. The person wants to stay away from the other person. Or, even if it wants to get closer, it carries out a rapprochement by carrying certain prejudices. In the film Arrival, a culture (alien culture) that is far from human kind of culture is a communication process that is realized with the human kind and the world. The two communities approaching each other with prejudice look for ways to communicate. The most important factor in communicating is language. But these two races and cultures do not know each other's tongues at all. They continue their efforts to communicate with the prejudices that it gives birth to. The following hypothesis has been established in the article to be written by going out of the scenario in this structure.
