Eco-fiction is a kind of eco-literature that deals with ecological problems and the relationship between human and nature in a short definition. Eco-criticism attempts to evaluate the literary works that connected to environmental issues and nature. After industrial revolution, human face climate change and global warming. These ecological problems occupy not only scientists but also novelist’s minds.For instance, Arthur Herzog’s Heat was written in 1977. It was the first book of climate change at that time. Human intervention or impact on environment is an issue that can be seen in his science fiction books such as The Swarm, Orca and Heat. The author focuses on human overuse of fossil fuel and he argues that it releases a huge amount of carbon dioxide and the result is global warming. The human intervention has the essential role in environmental devastation. Nowadays model and actual news is mostly about the climate change and global warming. In this study the effect of green house on the environment throught the influential writing style of Arthur Herzog.
