Abstract:

e Business has become the new and important business model for organizations together with the rapid development of the Internet Choice of e Business decision for a firm in a supply chain depends on industry type firm strategy and supply chain ability In the light of these developments the aim of this study is to show the current state of supply chain performance of the firms having different e channel structures and to analyze how their performance can be increased by using e business scorecard model developed by Chopra and Mieghem 2000 Three firms constituted the scope of this study and the results showed that B2C firm benefits more than other two B2B firms from the Internet and B2C firm’s supply chain was able to increase both value and efficiency By means of the Internet B2C firm especially outperforms the other firms in terms of some factors such as offering wider product portfolio flexibility on prices speed in supplying products to market availability of access to orders at any time from any place and increased efficiency in the supply chain coordination Keywords: e Business e Business Scorecard Supply Chain Performance
