In this study, impact of organizational culture on perceived service quality was explored. Organizational culture could be defined as a system of values, norms, customs and symbols which shapes organizational behaviors of organizational members. In this context, the study examined the relationship between organizational culture and the service quality perceived by the clients of public and private students dormitories. For this purpose, two different surveys were applied to 100 employee and 300 students selected randomly from public and private dormitories which are assumed to have distinct managerial structure and organizational culture in Konya and Ankara provinces, and they are asked to evaluate 40 statements in questionnaires. Findings indicated that organizational culture is influencial in perceived service quality.
